We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist with strong SQL Server expertise and a solid understanding of payroll processes. The ideal
candidate will support key business applications and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, including creating and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and other database components
Provide technical support for Payroll and HRMS applications
Assist with payroll-related system processes
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently
Maintain system documentation and provide user training when required
Requirements
Must be proficient in SQL Server, PHP, and HTML.
Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
Understanding of Kuwait labor law is a plus
Prior experience in application support
Good communication skills in English and Arabic languages.
Awareness of modern technologies and development environments
