We’re a Facility Management Company looking for a project administrator/ document controller who has a minimum experience of FIVE years in the same field. The candidate shall be any graduate who shall be:
1. Letter preparation skills in English
2. Good at English
3. VERY good at MS office tools especially EXCEL & WORD
4. Documentation and filing experience
5. Tracing documents and accountability
6. Preparation of budget documents
7. Preparation of monthly invoices to client
8. Preparation of time-sheets of employees and OT claims
9. MUST be transferrable VISA
Salary upto 400 KD
